A few gullible individuals, have tried to convince me, that we now, after decades of being lied to, and decades of one of the worst environmental records on the planet, can trust big oil, to be good. And that between citizens groups, and government law, we should now trust that it's ok now.

Is everybody this fucking brain dead? Really?

You gotta give both credit for sticking to their guns...

I think face-to-face there would be real "man love" there. LOL

Now to get on topic (since I'm pulling a mose on ehmac) I don't fucking trust any big corporation or any government.

there you go. Absolutely. Though there are many, who are willing to trust them again and again, even after having been lied to for decades.

And no Sinc, I don't feel better. I didn't ask you, I thought it better to open the question here since perhaps this place is a little better on straight talk.

I trust big companies (like big oil) less than I trust big gov't. I'd rather see taxes go to MORE oversight instead of less. Large corporations have only one thing in mind - to maximize profits and share prices, period. Social and environmental impact is way down the list. Just as the hundreds of ducks that died in Alberta tailing ponds. Currently there is a lawsuit against one of the oil sands companies re; these "dead ducks."

Yup can't trust anyone even fundamental christians posing as government leaders that are in the back pocket of big dirty oil... ahem, our very own Stevo Harpo.

As a nation I don't want other polluter countries to tell us what to do like at the summit Davos but really Suncor! Use those billions and make the Oil sand process cleaner.
